Lucky Mushroom is designed to create a transparent marketplace where buyers know who their products come from, sellers understand what is expected, and each eligible mushroom lot can be traced from harvest or production through sale.
1. Escrow & Secure Payments
Payments are processed securely through the marketplace. Order and payment records are connected to the transaction so buyers and sellers have a clear record of each purchase. Seller payouts follow Lucky Mushroom's payment and order-completion process.
2. Order Status Progression
Orders move through defined stages from purchase through fulfillment and delivery. Sellers are responsible for updating order status, preparing products promptly, and providing required shipment or fulfillment information so buyers can follow the progress of their order.
3. Quality Standards
Fresh mushroom products sold through Lucky Mushroom must be no more than 3 days from harvest at the time of purchase. Products older than 3 days from harvest may not be sold as fresh mushroom products through the marketplace.
Fresh mushroom sellers must accurately record the harvest date for each applicable lot. Products must be properly identified, handled, stored, packaged, and shipped according to Lucky Mushroom requirements and applicable food-safety rules.
Lucky Mushroom may restrict or remove products that do not meet marketplace freshness, quality, traceability, or compliance requirements.
